A buddy of mine (Patrick) is doing something silly on Twitter called #truthursday where he runs around twitter telling personal tidbits of information about himself.
Rather than follow his movement, I chose to invent a counter-culture called #lieturday, where on Saturday I will run around telling complete lies.

I’ve decided to stop posting my workout updates here. I’ve gotten a pretty good mechanism in place to track and manage my daily workouts and my workout plan is having pretty great results.
